We Have Been Hacked, Thanks a Lot, Meta.

IT IS A SAD DAY as we've been hacked! Recently, some Russian organisation somehow managed to infiltrate our Instagram account, change our email, password, and delete our posts.

We have had no luck at all contacting Meta about this as they have always been unreliable.

It is not the first time this has happened. It has happened once before to the personal Facebook account of our founder.

His account was hacked and had ads ran on it by a Singaporean organisation. These two examples of guaranteed insecurity from Meta are what have prompted us to more actively focus on using Twitter and Facebook only.

We would create another account for our Instagram but the username has been stolen and we don’t want to go through the tedious process of trying to have it fixed again. It’s a futile effort.

Take this from us as a wake up call, be careful when utilizing these social platforms, they are not as secure as you may think, or maybe even at all.

We can only say we're completely angered and frustrated by this attack and would like to just continue forward. Most of our consumer base happens to be on Facebook and Twitter anyway, and therefore it is not a complete loss, however frustrating it may be.
